absolutely perfect rooms and excellent service, incredible stay. i loved that location was strategic. moreover, it was adjacent to centre and tourist areas and many shops. make sure you visit cafe kilimanjaro coffee, serving nice coffee and located 500 feet from the venue. beds were very comfy, everything was exceptional.

Warm welcome from host. Nice service, thank you. I appreciated modern lighting, nicely furnished rooms. Could use shampoo and enough towels in the open bathroom. Having a fully furnished kitchen was convenient. The location was cozy very close to the centre. .

Close to princes street gardens which is super comfy for us. Features were excellent, the property met requests. Couldn't find any faults at all. We enjoyed our holiday here

We had an enjoyable stay. The lovely host - you feel wanted. An easy walk to holyrood park, only 2 km. Can't think of anything.

It's really close to royal mile. Option with parking for exploring Edinburgh by car. Not one thing. This place has met required needs.
